The far left X-133 is one of the switching high current transistor series, released in 1957, still with the exhaust top-hat. Earlier in 1956 Bendix had released the X-110 and X-113 switching high current transistors. The next one to it, an X-134, also released in 1957 (this one a 1958 production). Later in 1957/58 the in-house series came out in four digit numbers. The Bendix B-1005, second from right, is shown here, along with cut-open version, far right. One can see by comparing the cut-open versions from all three rows, from '56, '57, and '58 that Bendix stayed with the same type of internal construction, which is pretty similar to many of the other TO-3 manufacturers then in production.
